Setting Up Zendesk Integration
- To setup this integration, first login to your Konnect Insights account
- Navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu at the top of the page
- Press on ‘Add Integration’ button to add Zendesk integration
- Locate ‘Zendesk’ and click the button ‘Connect with Zendesk’ button
- Head over to Zendesk and login to your account
- Click the ‘Allow’ button
- Zendesk account added successfully
- Now select the ticket you want to send through and hit Send to CRM
- Select account to send through and hit Send
- The ticket will be visible in your Zendesk tickets!
