How to setup Mayday, the intelligent assistant for ticket resolution:
1. Create an account on www.getmayday.co
2. Once connected, go to the Tree section.
3. Upload your company's resolution tree as a
.xlsx file respecting the conditions defined on the page.
4. Once the tree is uploaded go to the Settings section and click on Zendesk Integration
5. First, copy the Zendesk API key and then click on connect to Zendesk.
6. Now you're on Mayday's Zendesk App page, click on Install.
7. Agree the installation on the right account.
8. Paste the token you copied at step 5 in the api_token field and click Install.
9. Congratulations, you are all set!
