The My Read Receipts will create a private comment update or read receipt when your ticket requester opens your email which will help you Increase sales, customer satisfaction and help reduce fraud. Please contact us for a coupon to get your first month free! :)

Step 1: Please make sure 'Rich Content' is enabledby following the directions here.

Step 2: You will need to create an API token by following the directions here.

Step 3: Once you create this token you will need to activate your token by entering your username (which is your email address), API Token & Zendesk subdomain.

Once you activate My Read Receipts you will receive an email with your tracking pixel which looks like this:{{}}&ts={{ticket.updatedatwith_timestamp}}&aid={{}}&oid=yoursubdomain

Once you click 'Activate' you will receive an email with your tracking pixel.

Final Step: Go to Account -> Settings -> Business Rules -> Triggers and open up the Notify Requester of Comment Update Trigger. Scroll down to the bottom where it says 'Actions' and has the email content sent when a comment is updated.
