Make sure you are signed up for Nutshell! If not, visit https://www.nutshell.com/signup/ to get started.
Head to https://app.nutshell.com/setup/integration and locate the Zendesk integration. Click “Create API Key” and copy the key that appears in the gray box.
When setting up the app, you’ll need to provide your Nutshell username as well as the API key you copied in Step 2.
