First, Install OKer app. To receive group messages using OKer app, you must have admin access to your OK page and and API token.
To get the token:
* Open your OK page then follow: Settings → Management → Group administration messages → Generate access key * Copy the token
In Zendesk: * Go to your Zendesk admin page -> Channel Integrations * Click on OKer -> Accounts tab -> Add account * Enter anything relevant into Account Name field - e.g. name of your community * Paste your API token to Bot API access token field * Press Create
