Print Ticket History
The Print Ticket History app will show all of your existing Zendesk Support tickets by requester.
The following information is displayed:
- Support tickets by the requester
- Support tickets the requester has commented on
- Support tickets the requester has been CC'd on
Please submit bug reports to firstname.lastname@example.org. Pull requests are welcome.
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar. Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Print Ticket History app and click the tile. On the Print Ticket History app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.
That's it! Now, when viewing a user profile, you can see the Print Ticket History app in the sidebar and you can pick which tickets you want to print for a user.

Select the option you want, click on Get Ticket History" and it will generate an HTML copy of all of the tickets requested in a printable format."
