Print Ticket History
Allows agents and admins to search tickets and print them in a PDF format.
The Print Ticket History app allows a user to search and select a group of tickets and print them out in PDF format.
Ticket searching can be done by name and/or email.
With the Basic plan, this additional feature is available:
- Block the printing of Internal Notes when printing a ticket.
By enabling this app, you agree to the Built by Zendesk Terms of Use.
Install the Print Ticket History app and specify any group or role restrictions. If you have the Basic plan, choose if you'd like to block Internal Notes when printing.
