- Log into Projector as an administrator
- Add a new “External Connector” in the Setup section
- Complete the form with your Zendesk information and authenticate
- Add a new time card “User Defined Field” to link to Zendesk tickets
- Go to Projector’s time entry screen and import Zendesk tickets, or associate them with existing time entries.
