Allow your agents to keep track of the call queue at any time from any place within your Zendesk!
This app resides in the top bar and aims to improve your Zendesk Voice experience.
Click on the Install button to start installation.
There are three options to consider:
- Should the app stay active when minimized? This is turned on by default.
- Show callbacks in queue? Activate this when you make use of this functionality.
- Do you want to use colored icons for better visibility? This is turned off by default.
