Simply click install
Once the app is installed and activated on the navigation sidebar, click on the app icon on the navigation bar.
Now go ahead and click the 'Authorise' button to grant access to your account.
You will now get access to R2 Management Portal (R2MP), where you manage your knowledge base of frequently asked questions and their equivalent answers.
To complete your setup, select the channels in R2MP that you would like R2 to engage your customers and follow the setup guide.
This concludes your setup.
The app will now automatically respond to your customers requests or queries over the channels that you've selected.
You will now see these conversations as tickets on your Zendesk account.
