The Response Builder app helps to increase your agents' productivity by automatically building custom URLs to be inserted into tickets using customer and ticket data.
Choose from a variety of responses to add custom URLs to ticket responses or internal notes.
The app uses elements from the ticket to create a custom URL to an external resource. For example, the app can build a custom URL that links to the user page on an external website, using the user ID from the ticket.
