By integrating Zendesk and RevampCRM, you can view support tickets within RevampCRM and automate marketing and sales activities according to customer support patterns.
Sign in to your RevampCRM and go to the Integration tab. In the dropdown list, select “Help Desk”. This will take you to the help desk integration section. Select “Zendesk”. Enter your Zendesk username in the username field. You need two additional pieces of information from your Zendesk account (URL and API token). Here’s how you find them
In a different browser tab, sign in to your Zendesk account and:
- Copy the URL (web address) and paste it into the URL field in RevampCRM.
- Go to settings -> API and copy an active API token then paste it into RevampCRM API field.
Click “Save Credentials”. The sync process will begin and you will be notified when the initial sync is done.
