Go to and sign in with your credentials. In case you do not have an existing account, please sign up.

Once you have signed in, you should see the following dashboard.

To allow RudderStack to manage the routing of all your customer events to Zendesk, enable the RudderStack Hosted Service option on the top right corner of the dashboard.

Next, click on the ADD SOURCE option. Choose the source from which you want to collect the event data, and click on NEXT.

Assign a name to the source, and click on NEXT.

Once you have added the source, you should see a dashboard. Please note down the write key and use it to configure your SDK, in order to send the event data from it.

The next step is to set up Zendesk as a destination in RudderStack. To do this, click on the ADD DESTINATION button.

From the list of destinations, choose Zendesk, and click on NEXT.

Assign a name to this destination, and click on NEXT.

The source you have configured above will automatically appear in the Connect Sources option. Click on NEXT.

Finally, enter the relevant fields required to set up the integration.

Once you have entered all the required fields, click on NEXT to finish the configuration. Zendesk should now be added and enabled as a destination in RudderStack.
