Integrate ServiceDock with Zendesk in three steps
Step 1: Get the API token from Zendesk
Get the Zendesk API Token from your Zendesk Admin page. Enable the token and add an active token.
Step 2: Enable Zendesk in ServiceDock
Login to your ServiceDock account. Go to Settings/Integrations and the requested details:
Your Zendesk subdomain; Zendesk admin email; and Zendesk API token.
When you click "Save" ServiceDock will validate these parameters with Zendesk; if the values are incorrect, you will get the following error message: "Error! Error when trying to connect! Please check all fields."
Step 3: Start creating and updating Zendesk tickets from ServiceDock Following a successful integration you will see the "Save A Ticket" option in the "Action Menu" in ServiceDock.
