With a simple click you can change the ticket requester or add a CC to the ticket.
How it works
The app retrieves the account emails from the ticket requester organization.
You just have to select an email from the list and click on the 'set requester' or 'add cc' button.

To use Simple Change Requester app, you must:
Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar.
Select Apps > Marketplace, then find Simple Change Requester app and click the tile.
On the Simple Change Requester app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.
Click Install (no app settings are required).
