Simple Media Player for Zendesk, is a free app that will allow your agents to listen audio attachments or watch videos without having to download.

To use the Simple Media Player app, you must:
- Be using Zendesk Guide
To install the Answer Suggestions app:
- Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar.
- Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Simple Media Player app and click the tile.
- On the Simple Media Player app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.
- Click Install (no app settings are required).
