First, install Skyper app.
Then, create your Skype bot, you will get a Messaging endpoint. Alternatively just use the Messaging endpoint from your existing Skype bot.
In Zendesk: - Go to your Zendesk admin page -> Channel Integrations. - Click on Skyper -> Accounts tab -> Add account. - Paste your Messaging endpoint. - Paste your Microsoft App ID. - Press Save.
