Follow these below steps for SMS Alert App Installation.
- Before using this App you need to have an account on SMS Alert. If you don't have an account signup here.
- After successful installation, go to App configuration tab, enter your SMS Alert username and password and active senderid, if you are using demo account write eStore as senderid.
- Edit template content as required for Ticket Status Change and Ticket Assignee Change. Leave SMS Template blank if you do not want to send SMS on any event.
