Add video to your Zendesk tickets

How does the app work? Our app is built to help you communicate more effectively with your customers through videos. Press "Share Video" on the Home Screen. Select the video you want to share. Your Video Thumbnail will now be visible on the reply tab that you can resize by clicking on the image. Once everything is in place, you can share the video instantly.

Want to add videos to your videos to Zendesk ticket??

Here is how you can do it!

First of all, you will require a StoryXpress account to add videos to your Zendesk ticket. Once you have secured the StoryXpress' login credentials, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace  
  2.  As you will navigate to one of your tickets, you will find a StoryXpress icon in the toolbar. Click on it.
  3. Press the button "Authorize with StoryXpress" and you will be directed to the StoryXpress login page. 
  4. After logging into the platform, select the workspace that has the particular video you want to send. 
  5. Then click on "Allow access" to permit Zendesk to access your account. 

You will be redirected to the app's home page. You can now add as many videos you want to support your queries.
