How does the app work?
The app is built to ease your task of sharing videos and reach a huge audience-base.
As you press "Share Video" on the home screen, you will be navigated to a new page, where you can find the video by looking up in search bar or just navigating and scrolling through the tabs.
As soon as you click on a shareable video your app will close and your video thumbnail will be visible on the reply tab where you can resize it by clicking on the image.
Now you are ready to submit ticket.

Here is how you can do it!
First of all, you will require a StoryXpress account to add videos to your Zendesk ticket. Once you have secured the StoryXpress' login credentials, follow the below-mentioned steps:
1. Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace 2. As you will navigate to one of your tickets, you will find a StoryXpress icon in the toolbar. Click on it. 3. Press the button "Authorize with StoryXpress" and you will be directed to the StoryXpress login page. 4. After logging into the platform, select the workspace that has the particular video you want to send. 5. Then click on "Allow access" to permit Zendesk to access your account.
You will be redirected to the app's home page. You can now add as many videos you want to support your queries.
