- Sign in or sign up for a SupporTrends account at SupporTrends Platform.
- On the SupporTrends Platform, visit the developer token page.
- Copy the token on that page.
- Click the Install button in the Zendesk Marketplace to add the SupporTrends App to your Zendesk account.
- Paste the token you copied in step 3 into the token input box.
- Zendesk now automatically sends tickets to SupporTrends for natural language processing!
