With the SurveyMonkey Create app, you can compose and send a variety of surveys to a targeted segment of your customers, from within your Zendesk Support account. Specifically, you can:

  • Start a new survey by selecting an existing SurveyMonkey survey template or creating a new one
  • Select a list of customers from Zendesk Support to survey
  • Send your composed survey from within your Zendesk Support account

The ability to send SurveyMonkey surveys from Zendesk Support is available to SurveyMonkey customers by following the instructions below.

If you are not a SurveyMonkey customer, please go to to sign up first.

Note: This app requires the customer lists feature enabled on your Zendesk Support account.

Getting Started

To install the SurveyMonkey Create app:

  1. Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
  2. Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the SurveyMonkey Create app and click the tile.
  3. On the SurveyMonkey Create app page, click *Install app *in the upper-right corner.
  4. On the installation page, click Log in with SurveyMonkey, then follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate using OAuth with SurveyMonkey.
  5. After you authenticate, click Install.
  6. When the installation is complete, refresh your Zendesk to see the SurveyMonkey icon in the navigation bar.

When the install is complete, the SurveyMonkey Create app icon appears in the navigation bar in Zendesk Support. You can limit which agents see this app by clicking ""Enable role restrictions?"" and selecting the appropriate role.
