The Callbar CTI is Talkdesk’s new phone application for users of the Zendesk integration. This lightweight app incorporates comprehensive calling functionality into Zendesk. With the Callbar CTI, agents are able to make and receive calls straight from their desktop, effectively eliminating the need to search through multiple tabs to locate a dialpad. This means never losing sight of an important call again!
Best of all, the Callbar CTI is seamlessly integrated with Zendesk. Calls that are handled with the Callbar are logged in Zendesk and agents can initiate calls from any phone number in Zendesk with the click-to-call functionality provided by the Callbar CTI connector.
