The Ticket Family allows you to create a child ticket and associate it with a requester, a person in charge, add a tag, someone in the CC, a subject and comment, the ticket you are creating can inherit all descriptions from the current ticket.
In this first option, you can save all the information on your current ticket on your child's ticket.
Using the duet, you can see two tickets (one parent and one child) and all their descriptions at the same time, besides, you can edit the information for both, like this
To install Ticket Family by BCR:
Enter in your Support Account at Zendesk, and click at the admin icon on sidebar.
Select Apps > Marketplace and search for Ticket Family by BCR.
Click in Install.
Type the app name and click in install.
