- Step 1: Please Sign Up as a business user on Translate By Humans
- Step 2: Login to your account, Go to ‘Plugins’ section and enable Zendesk app. Please contact sales team if you can’t see Plugins section
- Step 3: Now click on Zendesk App and start adding supporter under ‘Add Supporter’ section
- Step 4: You will be asked to enter ‘supporter’ (agent) details including email address and default language for support (the language in which you want to receive and reply to customer messages
