Using the Translate By Humans app in Zendesk is a seamless and simple process. Follow the instructions given below, and you will have your localized customer support process up and running in no time at all!
Step 1: Log in to the Zendesk Dashboard and install the Translate By Humans (TBH) App from the Zendesk Marketplace
Step 2: Authorize the TBH App from Zendesk dashboard. You shall either Login to TBH business account or create a new one.
Step 3: Enable access for your Agents (customer representatives) from the Translate By Humans business account
Step 4: Agents shall select their default (native) language from the settings tab in the TBH App for interaction
Step 5: Agents can now submit translation requests from Reply tab in the TBH App
