To start using the Translate.com Zendesk app, follow a few steps:
- Step 1. Authorize at the Zendesk Portal.
- Step 2. Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for the Translate plugin.
- Step 3. Install the plugin and refresh the app by clicking the icon in the upper right.
- Step 4. Log in to your personal account or create a new one at Translate.com.
- Step 5. Set the source language of your tickets.
- Step 6. Now your account is ready to use. Mark the incoming tickets for translation.
