Easily connect to Zendesk and other applications via OAuth or secure API key — no coding required.
Once logged in to Usermind, navigate to “Integrations.” Click “Connect” next to Zendesk. Enter your company’s subdomain (e.g., “yourcompany.zendesk.com”), and a window will pop up prompting you to OAuth to your Zendesk connection. Add your Zendesk credentials, and Usermind will automatically start fetching your Zendesk data.
