First, Install Vkontakter app.
To receive community messages using Vkontakter app, you must have admin access to your VK page and a API token. To get the token :
- open your VK page then follow: Manage community -> API usage -> Create token
- Copy the token
- Go to your Zendesk admin page -> Channel Integrations
- Click on Vkontakter -> Accounts tab -> Add account
- Choose Messages
- Enter anything relevant into Account Name field - e.g. name of your community
- Paste your API token to Community access token field
- Choose if you want to load messages from today
- (optionally) Enter your e-mail to get notifications about your integration.
- Press Save
