· Enter your Zendesk panel and click on the Administration icon in the left bar.
· Select Apps > Marketplace, and look for the Vozitel application.
· On the application page click on “Install app”.
· Configure the application with the data provided by Vozitel and click on Install.
· Refresh your Zendesk environment. You can find the application in the upper bar and additionally in the right bar if you are viewing a ticket or a user.
