  1. Click the install button
    2.Select Zendesk account to install. The integration will automatically setup the Woopra app in Zendesk
  2. After installation, select the actions you wish to track from the configuration tab
  3. Select the events you wish to sync between Woopra and Zendesk
  4. Select 'Apply Configuration' to begin syncing data
  5. To use the Zendesk Trigger actions, navigate to 'Configure' and 'Create Trigger'
  6. Select the segment of users, trigger action and frequency
  7. Select 'Add Action' to select the appropriate Zendesk action and save your configuration.
