Zodoo creates integration between Zendesk ticket requester and Odoo customers. It brings sales data from Odoo to Zendesk ticket sidebar and makes it easier for agents to review sales orders right in the Zendesk instead of searching data from Odoo. This is the first release of the Zodoo and it is designed for Odoo v8.
You need Odoo account which has read rights for Customers and Sales orders. In settings you need to fill in your Odoo domain, database, username and password.
