Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar. Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Zoho Invoice app and click the tile. On the Zoho Invoice application page, click Install app present in the upper-right corner. Enter the following information:
Title: Name for the application. Are you an European Union(EU) Customer?: To access the European edition of Zoho Invoice. Refresh your page for the changes to take effect and your Zoho Invoice app is ready to go.
