Zen U. is back! That’s right, it’s time again to enroll in the College of Customer Happiness at Zen U.

What’s Zen U.? It’s fun, it’s FREE, and it’s a great way to meet other customer service professionals while learning how to maximize the power of Zendesk to help you make better connections with your customers. Summer’s almost over, but your fall education is about to begin.

Check out what some of our spring Zen U. students told us when we asked, “What advice would you give someone just starting out in customer service?”

Zen U. students have a blast meeting other customer service fans while learning tips, tricks, and best practices from our Zendesk professors. Our spring Zen U. sessions were a big hit, and our fall sessions are starting soon.

Join us for the next classes in Denver, Orange County, Washington, D.C., and New York City. Come get your degree in customer happiness!

The Zen U. syllabus includes:

1. Reporting & Analytics
Find out which metrics and reports are most valuable to your business and learn step-by-step ways to analyze the data and how to make it actionable.

2. Self-Service for Your Customers
Help your customers help themselves! Learn how to find the right content for your knowledge base and unique ways to encourage your customers to self-serve.

3. Triggers, Views, and Automations
