Create, Retrieve Help Desk Tickets From Chat Sessions

to announce another Zendesk integration that does just that, this time with
award-winning click-to-chat developer Velaro. The Velaro team did an amazing job integrating click-to-chat with Zendesk.

This integration
gives Velaro customers using Zendesk the ability for real-time ticket creation
from chat sessions.  Upon completion of the chat, each transcript is
automatically attached and archived to the associated Zendesk tickets.
