It’s been a month since we kicked off the Customer Service Cup, and if we’ve learned one thing, it’s that customer service is not a great indicator for predicting who will win the actual World Cup.
Before Germany and Argentina face off in the championship match, we wanted to see who can boast the higher customer satisfaction:
And the winner of this showdown is: Germany! With a customer satisfaction of 80.6%, Germany can celebrate a decisive win against Argentina. Congrats to all the teams who competed in both cups, see you in four years!
A word about methodology
Like the Zendesk Benchmark report, the Customer Service Cup was based on the Zendesk Benchmark. Customer satisfaction scores were based on each country’s 2013 average.
