Matt Nelson is having a strange night. He’s been trying to get food all over town, but keeps hitting an impossible (and weird) customer service obstacle. First, a waitress at his favorite restaurant basically turned into a phone tree while he was trying to order; now the pizza shop is making him fill out a form and promising to get his pizza out to him tomorrow between 9 and 3.
He is angry and very close to losing it.
He doesn’t know that The Ancient Cabal of Secret Business Wisdom is behind all his trouble. They have been sending him through this customer service nightmare when it seems he is getting too big for his britches.
But will they themselves get to order a slice of pizza? And will Matt Nelson ever get food?
