Google Gets a “C-” Due to Bad Customer Service

The Better Business Bureau, an organization that prides itself on being a beacon for customer service, slapped the ginormous search engine company with a C- for its negative customer service.  Google it seems has a habit of not responding to customer complaints.

The BBB report chides Google because “more than one complaint is unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or their response was inadequate.” (49 of 648 complaints in the last 36 months were unaddressed.)

It’d be easier to sort of roll our eyes at this grade if AT&T of all companies didn’t get an A+. Looks like all those angry iPhone owners who call in and complain about connectivity at least feel heard and understood.
