The Zendesk Apps Marketplace is growing all the time. In the last few weeks, we’ve added new apps and integrations for messaging, dashboards, time tracking, and much more, including a special something for the animated gif-lovers among us (you’re welcome).

Geckoboard lets you create beautifully simple real-time dashboards from your Zendesk data within minutes. Pick which metrics are important to you, and build the ultimate customer support dashboard to share with team members or management, or even to put up on the wall in your workspace. Geckoboard plays well with a number of other services too, so you can get full visibility on all aspects of your customer service setup in one place.

Evolved Call Center
Evolved Call Center is Evolve IP’s call center solution that provides your contact center managers with more control and deeper insight into your operations. Seamlessly integrated with Zendesk, the Evolve IP call center automatically creates cases, logs all incoming and outgoing call data, captures the user’s call notes, and records this information in Zendesk tickets as comments via a Google Chrome browser extension.

Infobip SMS
Infobip, a global provider of mobile SMS services, has opened up the SMS channel to allow your customers to SMS your Zendesk account and generate Zendesk tickets from the message. When you reply, the message will send an SMS back to your customer and continue the conversation on their mobile device.

Navilytics is a new breed of tool that allows you to visually see how people are using your website. Every action is recorded, from mouse movements to key presses to scrolling, which can then be used to playback an entire browsing session. You can also view mouse movement and click heatmaps, scrollmaps, form analysis, and more. With the Navilytics app for Zendesk you can playback a Navilytics session that is associated to the user and help answer your customer’s questions faster.

miniOrange is a single sign-on solution that ensures seamless access to all enterprise resources for your employees. With hundreds of cloud apps available in their library, connect up your Zendesk account to miniOrange to give your employees access to sign in to the tools they need, all from one location, safely and securely.

ProjectBooks takes a different approach from traditional time tracking tools to help you and your employees automatically register daily activities. ProjectBooks connects up to the tools you use and and presents your activity as individual “breadcrumbs” on your timesheet and tries to fill in the time you spent on them. Just review your timesheet for accuracy and spend less time manually entering how much time you spent on that last Zendesk ticket.

Bonus: Zendesk Labs
Zendesk Labs is a testing ground for some cool experimental tools put together by the Zendesk development community. While they are subject to change and have various levels of support, they do provide some pretty cool features that may someday make it into the marketplace as official apps. Make sure you read over the disclaimer when installing the app!

  • Comment History. Provides a searchable table of comments and attachments ordered by date.
  • gifs. A simple fun app that lets you search Google for animated gifs and insert them into tickets.
  • Attachment Remover. Easily remove attachments from a ticket with this app.
  • Clone Ticket. Use this app to make as many clones of a ticket as you want.
