Zendesk for BlackBerry is the latest addition to Zendesk’s mobile help desk products, which also include customer support applications for the popular iPhone® and Android™ platforms. The new app’s workflow capability allows agents to receive and respond to customer support requests in real time, as well as log support issue details for follow-up.
