Re-launch of Zendesk advanced plans

Today we’re announcing a re-launch of our two advanced plans for new customers joining Zendesk. The Plus and Enterprise plans have seen tremendous innovation over the past few years, and most recently we’ve added a brand-new Help Center to both plans.

Our Enterprise plan will now include a best practice on-boarding service led by our Customer Success Team. Recent Enterprise plan updates include ticket forms, hourly reporting, and a European data center option. The new seat price with an annual commitment for Enterprise is $125 per month and for Plus is $59 per month.

If you’re already a Zendesk customer, you’re not affected by these changes. You continue to have the prices you signed up with for all plans. We appreciate your loyalty.

In addition, we’re adding a new plan called Enterprise Elite that provides white-glove service and support for our most discerning customers. This plan is priced at $195 per seat, per month.

For companies just getting started with support, we also continue to offer our entry-level plans at prices tailored to smaller budgets. Learn more about all of our plans and prices.
