We love adding new apps to our marketplace and, once a month, we like telling you about them—especially when there’s an integration that includes pandas. This month brings new telephony and contact center solutions, motivational dashboards, convenient ways to manage calendar To Dos, response templates, documents that need to be signed, and more—including some creative new additions to the Zendesk Labs.

SupportSync is the best RMA system on the planet to help you synchronize your returns and support team centers. Easily create an RMA requests, flag problem tickets, send out advance replacements, and check the status of a return for a customer through a variety of major shipping carriers. You can even create pre-paid shipping labels, all from within Zendesk as you work on a ticket.

PandaDoc is an all-in-one software that helps you to create, deliver, and manage your team’s quotes, proposals, contracts—any type of document that you need signed. With this app, you can send your customer any document housed in PandaDoc, merge data in from Zendesk ticket fields, and view current signing status, all from within the Zendesk interface.

Wise Response
Wise Response uses powerful machine learning technology to present a set of recommended templates to a Zendesk support agent when they first start working on a ticket. When tickets are created in Zendesk, Wise Response will analyze the contents of the ticket and apply the most relevant template based off information gathered from various sources. The app considers factors like which templates were used on past tickets, and the language of the ticket.

Calendar Connect
Calendar Connect is built by our good friends over at Cronofy and helps you to automatically sync tickets marked as tasks with due dates into whatever calendar system you use—Apple, Office 365, Exchange, Live, or Google. If you edit or move a task in either Zendesk or your calendar, the change will be automatically reflected in both locations.

PasteAway is a cloud-based clipboard tool for helping you manage pre-written responses and other clips. With this app for Zendesk, you can easily and quickly find response templates from your PasteAway account and insert them into ticket comments.

Hubstaff is a time-tracking platform within Zendesk. By integrating Hubstaff with Zendesk, you can track and verify the time spent on Zendesk tickets with minimal effort. Simply go about your day answering tickets, select the ticket from the Hubstaff app, and away you go. Hubstaff will track the time being spent on a ticket and can even take screenshots at certain intervals so you can see what the agent was working on at any given time.

Cloudagent is a call center in a browser. Powerful tools like multi-channel ACD, IVR, dialer, call quality monitoring and more make it possible to make inbound, outbound and blended calls through the app. Integrate Cloudagent with Zendesk to bring their softphone into the Zendesk interface so your support agents can work out of one tool. Screenpop tickets as calls come in or pop open user profiles to give you more context on who is calling.

Plecto builds motivational dashboards to show your team’s performance in real-time and to help them improve on their KPIs. On Plecto, you can easily benchmark your Zendesk support data and make awesome charts to broadcast on screens across your office.

Vozitel is contact center solution from Spain. The Vozitel Dialer App for Zendesk allows you to call your customers with one click while working on Zendesk tickets. When you’re looking at a user or ticket, the Vozitel Dialer app will automatically show the user’s phone number if available.

Plus, new in Zendesk Labs:
Zendesk Labs is a testing ground for some cool experimental tools put together by the Zendesk development community. While they are subject to change and have various levels of support, they do provide some pretty cool features that may someday make it into the marketplace as official apps. Make sure you read over the disclaimer when installing the app!

  • OOPS – A handy little app that gives agents the option to cancel a ticket edit submission so they don’t accidentally send something they didn’t intend.
  • Voice recording URLs – This offers a quick way to grab a link to your Zendesk Voice recordings.
  • PDF Viewer – Allows you to preview PDF attachments in tickets.
  • URL Builder – Helps generate links for your agents.
