The Help Center allows your customers to request support by filling out a form. This form however does not contain a CC field, which a customer may want to add when reporting an issue that affects other customers. Although the support request form does not contain a CC field, you can add one using a custom text field, a trigger, and a target. The latest tip of the week shows you how to do just that.
