Trying to keep track of specific end-user tickets but not finding a way to select them in a view or a report? Fear not.

In this tip of the week I’ll show you how to view and report on specific end-users tickets with ease. Please note, in this tip of the week, we use Insights which is available on Plus and Enterprise accounts.

To get started, create an organization and add the end-user to it. Then, create a View based on that organization. Finally, set up a report showing the number of tickets by a specific end-user. To do this, create a report in GoodData on the top right of your Insights page in Reporting.

It’s as easy as that. Now you can view and report on specific end-users tickets.
