The following Services shall be provided at no charge for a period up to six (6) months from the date of purchase (“Promotional Period”): Collaboration add-on, Explore Professional and Tymeshift (www.tymeshift.com) WFH Plan.
Available to new and existing Zendesk Subscribers who subscribe to the following Service Plans only: Team or Professional or Enterprise Support or Suite.
Subscribers who currently subscribe to some of the functionality included in the Remote Work Bundle are still eligible to receive the additional functionality they haven't previously purchased. No refunds or credits will be given to Subscribers related to previously purchased functionality.
Services being provided under this promotion will not carry over beyond the Promotional Period; and, will not carry over upon renewal. Subscribers who wish to continue with the Collaboration add-on and Explore Professional after expiration of the Promotional Period will need to upgrade their Service Plan to include these Services. Your use of the Collaboration Add-On will be subject to the Supplemental Terms found here: https://www.zendesk.com/company/collaboration-add-on-additional-features/. Subscribers who wish to continue using Tymeshift (www.tymeshift.com) WFH Plan will need to contact Tymeshift directly. You also acknowledge that Tymeshift is a Non-Zendesk Service.
Subscribers whose Subscription Term expires prior to the end of the Promotional Period must renew their Professional or Enterprise Support or Suite to keep this no charge promotion.
