We are looking for a Product Manager that will help us craft the future of now called Zendesk Sell product. As that person you will be responsible for enabling the creation, organization and delivery of new sales capabilities.

What you will be doing

  • Define and own the product roadmap of an evolving product for sales software that people love to use, and that helps teams improve their operations and decision-making to achieve their targets
  • Work closely with a highly talented team of engineers, product designers, and product marketers to drive the growth of a product that excites customers
  • Meet with amazing customers, analyze product data, and research competitors to develop and communicate a vision for how we’re going to build a great product/business
  • Be a key part of Zendesk’s multi-product mission; defining and delivering Zendesk Sell features that support our business goals

What you bring

  • Experience in product management at customer-focused SaaS companies
  • Real passion for solving problems and ability to extract their essence
  • The drive to deeply understand the market, customers and product
  • Examples of successful product delivery to meet business goals
  • Habit of backing up your decisions with data
  • Excellent written communication skills for varying audiences: customers, engineering, marketing, program management, and executives
  • Hunger for learning and continually developing your skills
Nice to have
  • Design or Engineering background
  • Hands-on experience in user/market/usability data analysis
