Role Description

As a Senior Program Manager on our Product Development team, you’ll work with our Product Management and Engineering teams in Kraków to define the roadmap and features that allow Zendesk Sell (formerly Base) customers to automate their salesforce and enhance their productivity. You’ll work side-by-side with the core Sell Product Development team and its numerous global stakeholders to drive integration with the broader family of Zendesk product and services, as well as seamlessly launch new Sell features.

Your job as Senior Program Manager will be to lead company-wide programs with broad impact, you’ll facilitate the smooth alignment between the Zendesk Sell Product Development team and teams outside of Product Development including Product Marketing, Documentation, IT and Sales. You’ll keep releases moving forward, focusing on key milestones to bring new products features and services to market.

You’ll also be our first Program Manager in the Kraków office. Having worked with Program Managers from the San Francisco and Copenhagen offices, the Kraków team is excited to welcome the function to their own office.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience developing cross-functional programs across a global organization and driving them to completion
  • Familiarity with Scrum and the way Agile software development teams operate
  • Breaking complex systems/problems down into meaningful chunks and focusing a team to enable them to move forward
  • Ability to facilitate and build bridges between teams and people, supported by stellar communication skills to report status clearly
  • Driving consensus from a large group of diverse stakeholders in a pleasant and non-threatening way
  • Ability to anticipate areas of risk and determine ways to mitigate them
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
