You will join the Quality Platform team whose mission is to enable the organization to deliver high-quality features efficiently and confidently. As a Software Engineer in Test, you will have the opportunity to work across many Zendesk Sell engineering teams. You’ll collaborate with both front- and back-end engineers. Defining test strategies for teams to allow them to move fast without breaking things will be your job, same as integration and end-to-end tests. You will use existing automated testing frameworks and work on continuous improvements to make them more reliable and efficient.
