Maddy got her start at CEB, the consulting firm that pioneered research on CX and customer delight, and later spent time as a consultant in competitive intelligence and market research, working closely with a range of SaaS companies.

As a Customer Success Associate, Grace's job is to help customers reach their business goals through the optimization and use of the Zendesk platform. Grace has been at Zendesk for three years, working her way through both the sales and success organizations. Besides helping customers with their customer experience, Grace enjoys reading, walks to the dog park with her husky, Stella, and baking delicious treats!
