About

We learnt last year how quickly things can change and how quickly support teams need to adapt.

Speed, scale and high expectations are pushing CX into a new world. In this world, organisations need the right tools to adapt to change.

Join Slack and Zendesk for this virtual event where we’ll hear from leading CX Analyst, Audrey William and CX leaders from payment disrupter, Zip, as we discuss the importance of flexibility, culture, and employee experience in modern CX.

During this webinar, we’ll discuss:

  • Embracing truly conversational CX
  • Maintaining agility to respond to change
  • The way we’ll work in 2021
