Jesse has 10 years’ experience in the customer experience space. He is responsible for leading Zip’s global customer experience strategy and is currently focused on delivering delightful experiences to Zip customers in ANZ.
Julie Walker
Head of Marketing, APAC Slack
Julie currently heads the APAC Marketing team for Slack and has previously held leadership roles for tech companies including HP, Agilent Technologies, Cymer, and PaperCut Software. She holds a Bachelors's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Melbourne, has completed post-graduate studies at Harvard University, and sits on the board of Vic ICT for Women. When she's not working, she's spending time with her family and their labrador, Jake.
