How to install
In ActiveCampaign
- Create a new list called "Zendesk"
- Visit Integration > External Services > Zendesk App Settings to supply any additional settings (such as field mappings).
In Zendesk
- Make sure you are logged into Zendesk and navigate to the Application Directory (Manage cog). Locate the ActiveCampaign tile and install the application by clicking on the Install button.
- Supply your API URL and Key once the application is installed.
- On any ticket page, click Sync to add/update the Zendesk end-user details to ActiveCampaign.
Segment your ActiveCampaign lists to include Zendesk subscribers based on ticket subject or ticket tags.
