How to install
To get started sign up for a HelpIQ account at www.helpiq.com.
Once you have your account set up, you will want to customize HelpIQ's top header to match Zendesk's for a seamless user experience. Your end users will never have a clue they are going between Zendesk and HelpIQ. This is a one-click process and is as simple as entering in your Zendesk site's URL. HelpIQ will do the rest.
