How to install

Integrating Userlike is a simple 3-step process.

1. Register at our website http://www.userlike.com
2. Copy-and-Paste: Copy your unique code from your dashboard and paste it into the code of your website. We offer numerous step-by-step tutorials here: http://www.userlike.com/public/tutorial/website
3. Connect your account to an Instant Messenger Client: To receive and answer the chats you must connect Userlike to an Instant Messenger Client. We propose a number of IM clients here, as well as tutorials for the integration: http://www.userlike.com/public/tutorial/imclient
4. Now to connect your Zendesk account. Go to the Addons section in Userlike and select the Zendesk configure option.
5. Then you can enter your Zendesk URL and your API Token, also the user based authentication via username and password is supported.
6. After the configuration process you can send offline messages to Zendesk. This will create a new ticket.
7. The same function is available for sending chat transscripts to Zendesk. You can also trigger the action from a chat session with a chat command.
