How to install
Integrating Userlike is a simple 3-step process.

- Copy-and-Paste: Copy your unique code from your dashboard and paste it into the code of your website. We offer numerous step-by-step tutorials here: http://www.userlike.com/public/tutorial/website
- Connect your account to an Instant Messenger Client: To receive and answer the chats you must connect Userlike to an Instant Messenger Client. We propose a number of IM clients here, as well as tutorials for the integration: http://www.userlike.com/public/tutorial/imclient
- Now to connect your Zendesk account. Go to the Addons section in Userlike and select the Zendesk configure option.
- Then you can enter your Zendesk URL and your API Token, also the user based authentication via username and password is supported.
- After the configuration process you can send offline messages to Zendesk. This will create a new ticket.
- The same function is available for sending chat transscripts to Zendesk. You can also trigger the action from a chat session with a chat command.
